The People´s Deputies took into account the report of the Panel. The Resolution envisages immediate scrutiny of the following bills:
on access to public information (Reg. No.2763);
on amendments to certain legislative acts (re strengthening of the guarantees of freedom of speech in Ukraine) (Reg. No.6447);
on amendments to the Law "On Print Media (Press) in Ukraine" regarding improvement of the state registration of the print media (Reg. No.7011);
on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine (re strengthening of the guarantees of freedom of speech in Ukraine and fighting censorship) (Reg. No.6447-1);
on interim inquiry panels, ad hoc interim inquiry panel and interim ad hoc panels of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Reg. No5163);
on reforms of the state and public press (Reg. No.6468).
The document also envisages the immediate and pre-termed scrutiny of the draft resolution on the provision of unobstructed activity of mass media during the period of elections 2010 (Reg. No.7100).
A draft resolution was registered under Reg. No.7165, was passed with certain specifications.
